Plus besoin de penser, d'impressionner ou de surprendre, même à soi.

Juste vivre ce qui est là.

Un jeu léger qui pourtant m'amène à explorer en profondeur mes émotions.

Des corps reflets autour de moi , qui sont là les un.es pour les autres.

Un accompagnement agréable qui aide à cheminer en fluidité entre corps, dessins, mots, couleurs...un palmier. La terre.

On se touche et on danse ensemble avec le vent.

I had the opportunity to attend one of Aurore's workshops she gave in Morocco on VideoDance in nature.

I was impressed to see how Aurore introduced this discipline in a very accessible and playful way, allowing authenticity and complete freedom in this process of self expression. I loved working under her guidance. I felt safe enough to show up to something new and ephemeral and to continue exploring the infinite possibilities of VideoDance.
